Where we ship
We currently ship only within India. Orders are dispatched from our studio in Surat, Gujarat.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
- For orders below ₹999, the shipping charge depends on your delivery location and is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cash on delivery is available at no extra charge.
Dispatch and delivery
- Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- We ship through trusted courier partners. Delivery time depends on your pincode — metro cities are usually faster, remote areas can take longer.
- Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by SMS / email.
Cash on delivery
Please keep the exact amount ready. Refusing a COD parcel at the door causes return shipping costs, so repeated refusals may lead to COD being disabled for that phone number or address.
Address issues
Please enter your complete address with pincode and an active phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
