At Saanwari every saree, kurti and set is checked by hand before it is packed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, fit, colour preference or any other personal reason. Please check the size guide and product details carefully before ordering, and message us on WhatsApp if you have any doubt — we are happy to help you choose.
Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and handloom and silk fabrics can have small natural variations in weave and shade. These are not defects.
Damaged, defective or wrong product
As required by Indian consumer law, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered or what was shown on our website, we will make it right:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 82005 25584 or email princekasodariya9514@gmail.com.
- Share your order number, clear photos of the issue and an unboxing video of the parcel.
- The product must be unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.
- After verification we will arrange a free pickup and, as you prefer, send a replacement (subject to stock) or issue a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the product reaching us — to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or to your bank account / UPI for cash-on-delivery orders.
Late or undelivered orders
If your order is not delivered within the delivery timeline communicated to you, you may cancel it and receive a full refund, except where the delay is caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
